[GI] Clan Administration

Currently the Clan Administration is not working. 3 days ago I set clan tax at 1% yet clan bank has not increased at all.

Perhaps have a look at this issue please. We have some "new" players requiring credit assistance but this issue is causing some problems.

the catcha doesnt work either, another awesome set of coding!!!!

 

Don't forget about the mandatory waiting period before any new player qualifies for payouts.
