[SC] Log In

Hi All,

Well, I have another question.

When I open up Dark orbit, I click on my name. That gets filled in Auto. Then another box opens up and I have to type my password in. After that, my password gets put in the password space and now I can hit LOG IN button to get into the game. Now I have saved my password so I don't have to do this, but for some reason the program has change. For several months this is going on 5+ at least. I use to just click on the LOG IN, and was done because my name/password was sitting there waiting for me.

The question is: Did Dark Orbit change or is it my computer? I have a tower and laptop and both work the same. If it is me how, how can I fix this so I can go back to my old ways of logging in? If it is Dark Orbit, can you fix it? Is anybody else having the same problem?

Make sure you've checked "save my credentials" Its just above the green log in button.

Once you do that, it should work, if you click on the space for your user name, a new box will appear with it in, select it and the details of both user name and pass word will be filled in. Then you just press log in.

At least, this works for me.

 

If you are playing from both laptop and desk top you may need to re-enter your credentials each time you swap from one to another, the server may identify your laptop and desktop as different devices and ignore the remember me feature needing your full log in data.

 

I think I had toredo pswd after client update but with remember me box checked, its been working fine since.

Thank you for answering me.

I have my credentials clicked and saved. I play another game and it doesn't require me to put my password in. It goes right to the game. The lap top is new, but this started before I got the lap top. It started after we left Java. I can still log in using Goggle, but I can't go anywhere. I just get the first page of the game. My log on credentials work there. We have to use this program Dark Orbit made.

I'm glad they have it, but it doesn't run smooth. Especially when there are a lot of things in characters or items in it. My flying is jerky.
