This is a known issue, affecting multiple servers and it has been reported to the game team already. They have not let us know when it will be fixed, but they're aware.

Nothing getting fixed then? this really is a joke, the amount of resources this company has and it still can't fix the assembly which has crashed the game since it was introduced, now the lab has gone sideways (404)

Yes my skylab is still out of action, and Darkorbit wont even let me know whats happening.....

 

same here been a week since ive sent cargo so ive stopped playing till its fixed

 

Still NO fix, this is getting boring now, I didn't have minerals on my Generators or Shields, only on my Laser and Rockets, I had to buy the smallest Sep pack from the shop so I could do gates weekend gone. Full Lab NO use!

 

Yes, there still is no update on this issue folks. We reported it to support who sent it on to the game team and developers. We have not received any kind of update, other than support saying there is no update.

Wish we had more info but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ As soon as we get any information, we'll post it here OR there will be something posted in the official announcement section.

my skylab has been working fine, which i find strange

 

Mine was working fine until these event's started. Just as well I don't pvp or do Astral, I just needed minerals for gens and shields for gates!

 

working yesterday Nothing today cant do much without it

got it to work but without starting the game weird

 

7 days now every time i try to send resoures keeps saying 404 url not found i cant play without sep or prom as ppl who have it absolutely massacre me

 

Sporadical isn't working is it hehehe don't say that they'll think it's been fixed

 

Folks, all I can do is to kindly ask for your continued patience. I've heard this morning that they are working on this, but have not yet resolved the issue. Please just continue to be patient and we hope it will be fixed soon.

Every problem can be resolved and bypassed. What prevents everyone who enters the game every 24 hours from being charged 20,000 seprom automatically or through the "bonus code" system manually. Let's have each other's respect, please, if you want to respect you, please be correct - this is nothing like it and it is not from yesterday but for years --- I mean the attitude of 'bigpoint' towards the players. You, as supporters, are part of 'bigpoint' and in no way have you shown empathy to the players. "bigpont" are always right ... ask the team for a way to compensate the users under this issue for their lost minerals, i don't think it's fair that people like me which did not have any skylab issues to get the same compensation as people that got a 404 error when trying to access their skylab, it's a problem far too specific unlike say, ddos attacks during weekends.

 

for 1 week now i can transfer materials from skylab to ship...what happent? ...when i try... i see 404 error...
how many time must whating to fix this problem?

 

Hope they fix it soon, my sep won't last long! hope maintenance on the 24 has a fix for this

11 days on and still no fix, must be more to this 404 error or whatever is causing this nuisance!

Hope this thread doesn't get buried in the archives like most of the bug fixes that have never been fixed! Weekend is approaching fast, I like to do many gates, my Seprom won't last until next weekend!
