Hello. The Unity client download stalled at about 60%, and it won't even launch now. I can't download the Unity client either, because the links provided here are inaccessible. I can log into the mini-client, but loading stops at around 30% and hasn't budged in over an hour. I have a 2000/2000 internet connection; the Unity client download peaked at 1.4 MB/s, but every two minutes a window would pop up asking if I wanted to resume the download or quit because it had been interrupted. It didn't matter what I clicked, the download wouldn't continue. The question is: why on earth did they have to go and mess with it again?

 

After over 6 hours of "updating" the servers, the game runs worse than before. It takes at least 15 minutes to load the game map. If, by (un)lucky chance, you manage to access the map, the "season pass" mission screen won't load, displaying a warning that the season hasn't started yet... The question is: why the hell does every update make the game worse and worse? Instead of continually introducing new features for the usual "automatic" users, fix all the problems once and for all.

Hello. Just as you described—and as I suspected—I’m not the only one experiencing this; the problem doesn't lie with the players. Games with vastly higher system requirements run smoothly and without a hitch on my PC, yet this game stutters, is full of bugs, and so on. Whenever I contact support, their standard line is that the issue is on my end—with my computer or my internet connection. It would be a miracle if they ever admitted the problem was actually on their side. The thing is, I’ve invested a lot of money in this game and play completely legitimately, yet I can barely play at all because there’s always something wrong with it.

 

this is 100% a game issue its taking me over 2 hrs. to download the new update installer that's only 100mb because its failing each 5mb while only downloading at a max of 50KB/s i couldn't update the regular way because it would stall at 5% and not move at all so I'm resorting to redownloading the whole thing for it to be even worse and longer, never had this issue for a while until this update.

 

Don't worry... They'll probably include a voucher code (valid until the 28th?) like...

You're in luck. It’s been loading since 3 PM, but there’s still about 30% left to go. According to the pop-up window, the connection drops every minute. I haven't even been able to log in yet. I managed to open the mini-client—though with great difficulty—but it got stuck during the loading phase.

 

i have a 1 gig download speed and all i have is a black screen,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, [REMOVED]

 

finally got the launcher installed now I'm trying to do the update and I'm getting what you had a problem occurs then just closes the update and have to restart the whole update 10/10 update would update again

Is there any info why the servers are not yet up and running? Can't log in to the game

 

they aren't? am i updating for no reason I'm on try #10 for only 10% of the update completed LOL

 

Was there anyone clamoring for more weapons or items to clutter our inventory even more?
Just add aliens, maps and missions.
No more junk that isnt needed. We have enough to sort through and try to figure out if its a scam or good.

...and how many 'pass' type events are you going to make. Losing track of how many subscriptions are in this game

 

why do we need even more crap, your dev team couldnt come up with a new event if it hit them in the face, same old garbage more and more useless weapons that we dont need, stop giving us the same old gARBAGE...........( heres an idea ban the bots, make all the lasers same damage and go back to the old game specs. where you had to play the game )

same problem with unity update load... IT'S NOT HAPPENING

update crash everytime i try today

at least i can still play on flash...eventually. it is loading slow, but loading but pages are extra slow as well

was fine before this latest update

 

wow bigpoint just wow, even after an entire day to get my unity client to update its finally at 90% finished it only took me from 11AM-2AM to finish this small progress well done ... well done...

 

At least you made it to 90%. I'm stuck at around 20% before I get a popup that cancels the download, and then I have to start all over again. Hopefully they'll roll out a hotfix today
