    I lost access to the email address linked to my DarkOrbit account and I cannot log in anymore.

    I am the owner of this account and I would like to change the email address to a new one.

    They don't just hack into it out of the blue. Either you used your email account password for the game, or perhaps you tried out a third-party tool for it—which I assume asks for your password. Changing the email address associated with the game is a hassle anyway; you need a verification code sent to your old email address to make the switch. However, if you made a purchase with a bank card, you should have a confirmation email containing the details needed to prove ownership to support—though getting the account back still requires a good deal of luck.
