[TI] Chat isent working

my chat isent working for weeks it always says lost connection with server or something like that tried different browser by deleting cookies caches history also asked support for help but nothing -_-" still same problem ;( its booring to play DO without chat and it is tough to use other apps for chat when killing npc or in pvp ;(

 

i'm having same problem "The connection to the server was lost."
game without chat is boring.. so can anyone help us with this issue?

Sorry you are experiencing this issue. If you are both receiving the message "The connection to the server was lost.", please try these things if you haven't already. If you are getting a message indicating you've been banned from chat, please make a post in the Chat section of forums where we can check that for you.

Please clear your various caches, and make sure your flash player and your browser are both up to date. Also, please make sure to reboot both your computer and internet modem/router to ensure there are no erroneous items cached there.

Once you have completed the above items and are still experiencing the problem, you will need to contact support. Please be sure to provide them with your current IP address when you write in to assist in the process. If you are not sure how to find your current IP address, just do a quick search for 'what is my ip' and most search engines will direct you to a site where you can find it easily if it doesn't just give you your IP address in the search results.
