Wrong times showing in refinery times

This question has been posted before but as usual no one in support has bothered to address it as of yet.
1. the times for generators both speed and shield are not showing the correct time amounts when either Sep or any other mineral is added to them they show one amount of time when added then immediately after it shows a lower amount of time.
2. If this is a glitch of some type it needs to be addressed immediately and not two days from now, the other blog ref., this problem still has not been addressed not looked at by any Moderator or anyone from support, it's been ignored, pls look into this.

 

So you made yet another thread for something that they have responded to, just not fixed yet. Great...

 

It hasn't been looked at yet because the threat that ref's. it is Semp on Shields. which moderators have yet to respond to, i've found no other thread on subject. and ref thread was mad Thurs 7:13. If u know of other threads pls advise.

Please do not create another thread if you have already found a thread which is reporting the same issue that you are having, it only causes us moderators more work in the long run which can only lead to longer response times to the threads that need attention.

I have responded to the original thread that reported this issue, therefore you can read what i have posted regarding this issue on that thread.
