[GI] Changes to Drone Fomation = False Advertisement

    There is a term (s) for what DO has done regarding the new drone formations
    False Advertisement and Bait and Switch.
    They got people to spend there money on one thing and change what they purchased without offering a refund.
    I want my money back that I spent on these now worthless formations.
    They are not what I paid for, they are not what I bought.

    Totally agree with you , players like you and me purchased the formations primarily for what they were before BP changed it.
    I want my REFUND and Ofc want other players to get their refund.

    Do you want money back for venom too? Or citadel now that it doesn't have speed bug anymore? What about Kami 3 after you couldn't Kami endlessly anymore? DO didn't refund do those why would they refund for this? Not to mention those were actual nerfs. This was a buff if anything. If anything people who bought pincer and barrage have a right to complain.

    That is a separate issue. But regardless, when a product changes from how it was originally purchased, the merchant is ethically obligated to offer a refund.

    I didn't personally buy it so I may be abit biased but ring seems better to me if anything. Sure you lost 1/3 shield but now the damage loss of countered by enforcer and 2 damage boosters. And the speed loss is negligent. If someone's running from you change formation. If you're running a ton more shield will benefit you more than having normal speed and another formation.

    Not to mention I doubt refunds are happening as a dev said they feint think the changes were big enough for refunds.

    It is their fault though. They didn't give us enough time to test them on servers before releasing them. By that they should but only for ring. Should being the keyword. Good luck.

    Tina-The-Impaler, I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with the changes to the Drone Formations. Unfortunately only Support can handle requests for refunds. Please put a ticket in with Support describing the issues and they will look at what can be done.

    Closing as player has been referred to Support.
