Very nice video. And yea, I do want JPA back to, but you know what? When there will be no more cheaters in this game, no more stupid bugs... that's the time when JPA can be brought back. Maybe someone will listen.

 

Things more important than the JPA which still aren't in the game:

• Cross-server maps
• Cross-server events, e.g tdm, sector control
• Improved new player experience
• Refined client to try and prevent so many bugs appearing in each major update
• Downloadable client

In the last 4 JPA that were conducted, every finalist was found to be cheating in some form, be it sharing / buying accounts / bot stages etc. Bring it back and the same thing will happen, I can't think of a single winner who has not broken the rules in one way or another. They only started finding out how bad it was when they started looking closer at each account.


If you are bored and want something to do as endgame content there are so many things which could be better than just a glorified uba that happens once a month. The game is in need of some endgame content but JPA really wasn't that interesting to most people compared to what else could be made.

If you want it back because of the money then honestly, better of putting your effort to gaining some more valuable skills in the real world.

The other side of it was only about 1,000 people took part in the last lot of JPA, there's 60 servers. If you split that between every server that's only 16-17 people per server ... JPA was never as important as the 'youtubers' tried to make it out as.

 

Like I said to most people who try and shoot it down. As it may not be the most important thing thats needs to be dealt with in the game, I don't want it to be forgotten. Which is why I will continue to bring up the subject. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and this is mine so I will keep on with this. I can't say it was never about the money because who wouldn't want to win 10k euros playing a browser game, but the price in which the players win could easily be adjusted if they feel it is too much. And as I said before, Darkorbit has come out with something new every month for us to spend our money on and I'm tired of seeing this game turn in to a Gate game.

 

I dont want it back lol. people who have won it before could just buy another/make another account get 10k and win it again. id rather have like okapi said, cross server maps and cross server events.

okapi, if you dont mind me asking, what do you get with a downloadable client? i dont mean to hijack thread but if need be ill make another one lol just wanna know the benefits
