[SC] Aliensmasher Rest In Peace

Hello Dark Orbit Community,

A long time Dark Orbit player called Aliensmasher has passed away. Many past and present players will never forget him. I have spoken with his family and they will be adding the Dark Orbit Community to his obituary. They said they knew how much he loved the game, and the community. For those of you wondering what happened, he had been being treated for stomach ulcers over the last many months...this turned out to be Cancer and was caught to late in its process. The cancer traveled to vital organs and he passed. He went peacefully, without pain, and surrounded by loved ones. The family thanks everyone in the Dark Orbit community for their kind words and thoughts. I would like to request to the whole community that we give him a good old fashion Dark Orbit fare the well, with a ship procession. Friday January 19th at 7pm Est Standard Time. Procession will begin in 2-4 map bottom middle portal.

I will be recording the procession and comments in Global chat...so please type in chat any memories or cheescake jokes you shared with him =+)

ALIENSMASHER - 2009 - 2018

47, passed on January 14th surrounded by his loving family.

He joined Dark Orbit in 2009 briefly, and then returned to stay in 2010. A long time Member of the clan New Found Glory, and a PvP enthusiast. Aliensmasher, mastered the ship Golaith and mainly the design Spectrum. He always helped everyone whenever he could. He was preceded in Death by his previous clan leader and long time friend JJDragon.

He had been employed for over 25 years at a films material company.
Besides his mother he is survived by three brothers, two sisters, , many nieces and nephews, and of course the Dark Orbit family.
