[SC] new maps and enemies

    So much for ur new enemies and Maps what I'm seeing is theres very little participation
    because u put it at LVL's above were no one can really play enjoy any of the new stuff, u seem
    to think everyone who now plays is LVL 23 or higher, which means ur don't get the full potential
    of the new Maps and enemies. who wants to play in the new maps when u can't even play the new quests!!!!!!
     
  2. The point of the Blacklight Expansion is to give the UFEs new things to do, not for new players, nor for those still working their accounts up.

    I'm sorry but realistically how many lvl 17 players do you know that are UFE?
    These new maps and missions are put out there as being available to all players lvl 17 and above, nowhere does it say you need to be UFE to complete them.

    NB; My nooby account ("just" lvl 17), with 8 iris and (at the start) 12 LF4's now has 9 of the new lasers. Sadly there is few groups working in the map anymore aside from an MCC who call in lvl 24 members of their clan from other companies to kill off anyone not part of their group/s. So for me at least, getting anymore of these lasers is going to be put on hold for the foreseeable future.
    On many servers MCC have essentially locked down BL-1,2,3 simply because DO in their wisdom allow lvl 24 players from other companies to use them as hunting grounds.

    From the BL FAQ -
    • 3 New maps, one belonging to each company.
    Should actually read; 3 new maps, one belonging to each company AND any enemy lvl 24+ player who wants to hunt in another companies map.

    IMO, PVP with a player/s from another company in BL-1,2,3 should be the same as it is on X-1 maps (unless those clans are at war) - Why give MCC even more control over maps that are advertised as belonging to a "Company".
    We will never get rid of MCC (and shouldn't) but their influence over a whole server/s can and should be contained.
     
  4. Personally I agree that MCC clans are here to stay but I think there could be a fairly easy fix to this same company helping enemy of same clan killing a player.

    Let say, you are in an MCC and decide to help them kill someone in your own company, when that same company player gets killed the enemy player gets the EP and Honor but the same company member will receive negative honor and as per game rules, this negative honor is compounded per same company kill.

    So if you are in the same company say MMO and you are with a VRU or EIC member of your clan and are hunting in MMO maps IF you as an MMO player helps to kill that MMO player you WILL receive negative honor compounded per kill if you continue to help enemy kill your own company.​

    Now the developers of this game are far to lazy or ill equipped to write in this code but it is a thought.

    Of course War changes this.

  5. i think MCC's should be abolished . period. full stop. there wasn't any problems with mcc's when i first started in 08' , nor was it a problem when i came back to the game in 2010. i've greatly reduced my playing time on this game mostly for that reason. but with the new maps & npcs, they're not worth it or interesting enough to demand the time, and ammo usage.
