[GI] gg pages

    some bright spark has moved/deleted the gg pages that were linked to from the DO bible

    problem is not just on bible
    it may be just me and my PC but it looks like there is a problem with links in forum threads
    even bookmarked pages don't work

    they appear to have moved the forum to an https address
    any link which was of the form - http://en.bigpoint.com/darkorbit/board/threads/xxxxxxx
    needs to be changed to - https://board-en.darkorbit.com/threads/xxxxxxxxxxx
    i've updated my gg gate bookmarks and they are now working
