    Hello Space Pilots,

    We would like to inform you that we will perform an upgrade to our support ticketing system. This upgrade is divided into two parts.

    Step 1: Copy the support ticketing system to a new cloud system
    Planned update: 28 January 2020
    Start: 08:00
    End: 17:00

    During the maintenance, you will be able to send tickets, but you will not receive an auto-reply confirmation e-mail and support will not be able to answer. Once the maintenance is completed you will receive the auto-reply confirmation e-mail and support can answer the tickets again. That means the tickets are not lost and you do not need to send more than one ticket for any issue.

    Step 2: Migration of the support ticketing system
    Downtime: 4-6 hours
    Planned update: TBD

    During the migration, we will encounter the same inconveniences as above.

    Hello Space Pilots,

    Step 2: the migration of the support ticketing system is scheduled for 25 February from 0700 - 1800 CET.

    During the maintenance, you will be able to send tickets, but you will not receive an auto-reply confirmation e-mail and support will not be able to answer. Once the maintenance is completed you will receive the auto-reply confirmation e-mail and support can answer the tickets again. That means the tickets are not lost and you do not need to send more than one ticket for any issue.

    For any ticket you submitted, you should have received either a reply from support or at least the automated response letting you know your ticket was received.
