[GI] enemy teleport from left radiation zone to right radiation zone in 4-5

Hi. I dont know if this is a glitch or cheat. But this is obviously a cheat. Im chasing enemy player in 4-5. I have lock on him. He go to left radiation zone thinking he will go for a suicide. I didnt follow him ofcourse but I still have lock on him. Im waiting for him to go outside the radiation zone and then suddenly he just teleported to the right radiation zone of the map. Im annoyed because my ship just switch to the right part of the map and also i saw him on my map (red dot). This game is fun. But please do something with this cheaters and bots. This is unfair. This cheaters makes fair players to quit playing DO. I have his name. I can give it to you if you want.

This little trick was put into DO around 2015? I want to say. Very few even know about it, but the map will teleport a player from one side of the map to the other if they travel through the radiation zone. It is an actual part of the game.

 

oh really? can you teach me how to do this trick? is this legal?

 

You just keep flying into the rad zone. It can be deadly if you have really low HP, but a basic goli should be able to make the flight. Only works on 4-5 on the left and right sides. You can't do it up and down.

This is perfectly legal and is a neat little trick... great if your doing NPC quests that appear on the other side of the map.

I'm pretty sure you're trying to get me to die by rad zone, but I'll still try it to be sure.

Also i have noticed that when you travel enough up or down rad zone, eventually pops up text "
you have found something interesting " I still don't know what i found interesting

It pops up because you have to travel far enough into the rad zone in 4-5 to reach the other side of the map. If you receive it elsewhere, then it's just something else DO has to fix.

 

Yes the rad-zone escape is a lagit part of the game.

Also remember the Wormhole is found in 4-5 (co-ordinates 146 / 127)

I just recently posted the same thing in "Bots and Cheats": thread. At least now I know it's a legit move

I saw that too a cpl of times when I was experimenting in Radiation zone. Maybe I'll try it tonight and see if I can make it through.

 

I kinda thought some players would forget about the good ol' worm hole. Always an adventure, never know what map you'll end up in

What are the coordinates now? cuz I tried to find again a couple weeks ago and could not find it anymore.
It was always on 4-5 in the middle of the map but when I tried, nothing.
I was really dissapointed cuz I tought they had removed it.

 

Worm hole is approx. 146/127 on the 4-5 map.
