[TI] Upgrading materials keep resetting after portal jump

Every time I upgrade, for example, 1 promerium onto an engine or a shield, I get the 10 minutes boost. I see the speed boost on my personal info display but once I jump portal onto a different map, the speed/shield resets to as if I had not put any ore onto the engine/shield. The time limit has not been completed either. I can stand next a portal, add the ore, get 10 minutes of speed boost according to the personal info display, jump portal onto a different map within 5 seconds, and the timer will reset according to the personal info display. The

I have to constantly keep a supply of ore every time I jump portals just to get the 10 minutes speed boost. Please help.

There are bugs going around in the game; team's aware and are trying to fix them

 

hi KilerStreak...do you know if all the recent bugs are related to the new download? i have not used the new download yet and have not seen the bugs being talked about. tks in advanced.

 

i have used download and chrome same problems on both

I am having the same problem with my U.S. East account. When I use my scandanavia account the upgrades work just fine.
