How to download the DO Client

    To download the DO Client, you only need to log in to your account and press the “Download” button.

    When you download it, it will open a page with all the following steps to download DarkOrbit.
    Navigate the mysterious depth of the Universe, in full navigation and with shorter loading times compared to the browser version! If you need help running the client, follow the installation guide below.

    Recommended System Configuration

    Windows 7 or higher, 4GB Ram, 2 GB Hard Drive Space, DSL/Cable 6 Mbit

    These are the system requirements for the optimal gaming experience. The minimum requirements to run the game are lower.

    1. e.g. Click on the "DarkOrbitInstaller.xxx.exe" which will show up on the bottom left of your browser once the download is completed.

    2. The installation process will now start. Click "Next" to continue.

    3. It is recommended not to change the default location, simply continue by pressing "Next".

    4. This step is creating a shortcut in your Start Menu. Continue by pressing "Next".

    5. Click the "Install" button to start the installation process.

    6. Congratulations! The installation process of DarkOrbit is finished. Click "Finish" then click on the Start Menu or Desktop Shortcut to start DarkOrbit.
