Have to Re-log Collecting each upgraded item

this is fun. trying to collect updated drones and have to relog after collecting one.

won't collect more than one.

Yesterday, after building the product of event, I had to log in again before I could collect it, after each one,

and there were many of them, I had to spend time because of it, almost throw up for it.

 

this has been broken for at least 2 years who the hell is working for you guys?? i have same issue but relogging 15 times before i can collect another thing. also freezes my action bar so i cant just deside to do it later the whole game is shot. get on it guys come on now

 

I upgraded 30 BO2's and it took me 45 minutes because I had to log out each collection. USA east US1 why is this a problem and I am not going to mention galaxy gates and the amount( or lack) of NPC's that show up. Seems like one problem cancels out another but continue to play and purchase which seems the only thing they care about!

If this is still occurring for you, please post your User ID's, the timestamp you first collected an item at, the timestamp you last tried collecting an item at that failed, item you were trying to collect, and quantity. The more information you can provide, the better of a report I can build to pass along to the team.

8:59 PM Pacific Daylight time (USA west coast).
got one collected, then nothing. have to relog.

2nd one 9:02 PM (do have prime)

3rd (last) one at 9:04

let me start building one though.

at any rate, 5 minutes to collect 3 upgraded drones?

playing today, 1150 us west coast time and trying to collect upgraded drones.

collect one then assembly locks.

read recently about jumping ports between collections. did that and it worked. still only get one, assembly locks up, jump, collect one, etc.

while this worked without having to log and in after each, it is still a royal pain in the ...

6 drones and my missile launcher.

ok. today (9/27/22 2045 us west coast time) not even the jump thing worked to collect from assembly. have to relog each time.

AND my PET won't activate

this sucks.

Time: 2053, after total quit and relog my PET finally activated.

again, this is not a pleasant game play experience.
