    why do you have to claim the rewards, ? , why dont you just get them when you log in, its just another pain ....

    Not sure here but either the FAQ is wrong or just poorly written, providing inaccurate information.
    From the FAQ;
    You need the Prosperous Fragments to open the boxes which can be obtained through finishing specific Galaxy Gates,

    Then further down;
    During the event, Pilots have the chance to win a special additional reward for completing the Alpha, Beta, and Gamma Galaxy Gates

    1 of the "special additional rewards" is 2 Prosperous Fragments.
    In all seriousness, I did Plutus gate 12 times, clearing everything on Plutus wave and only got the "bonus gate" once. When the word "chance" is added to anything DarkOrbit, it seems to mean you have little to no chance of getting it.

    The only other ways to get Prosperous Fragments is to do the 1 event mission each day, for 1 fragment OR buy them in the shop.

    So have DO just given up on Player effort = Reward and now want people to pay $ to compete in an event?
