Transport Module Crashing the Game!

Would a few of you please share the User ID of the account where you are experiencing this issue here in this thread? If you are not comfortable sharing the User ID here, you can create a new thread in the Chat section of forums and I'll check there as well.

We need to test the Skylab using a few accounts where this issue is reportedly happening.

@tonka-toy I was able to successfully start a transfer of 1 Prometium to your ship. Can you please try clearing the cache on your back page to see if that might help?

@jayherbo It's kind of hard to coordinate testing times as my schedule varies a lot I have a few minutes now or we can try again later.

 

I'll logoff for an hour, please keep in mind the lab is acting sporadical, 404 etc transfer all sep please, ty

 

@jayherbo I'm not sure why but my attempts to log into your account for testing was not successful. Due to that, I cannot test your account, sorry. (Yes, I sent that issue up as well.)

Same here m8, not sure if the maintenance included this problem with the Lab, doesn't seem to be fixed, just tried to send sep (white page)

 

woow im still without skylab lost it when galactic stife event started it ruined my event couldnt fight, ans still stuck now. Fgs there only just compensating ppl from easter>>>>

 

and i can't transfer materials from skaylab to ship for 10 days now!!!

 

one day we might have the old game back hassle free still no SKYLAB

 

More than two weeks since the problem started and still no fix. This is really unbelievable.

 

I have been able to transfer resources from skylab to ship on various servers. Are you sure you have not exceeded capacity at the destination?

 

If your lab is working fine? why are you here? this is for players with a broken lab!

 

Try to use transport module, and send x-amount raw material, no go. Not enough cargo space... And its empty! whaat?

 

I've lost out big time on galactic strife event because of no Seprom, now cant play game because of these attacks and now I cant even write on my own clans info page because it does the same thing as skylab white blank page takes me off game, and to top it all off , bigpoint got back to me stating " they needed a screenshot of what I MAY BE EXPERIENCING" implying i am lying or something, which i sent anyways then to get another email stating that they were aware and that I was on a LIST... WTH is going on are we on some kind of register aswell..

Guys you have now had time to test and see for yourselves obviously You have now seen for yourself I was right = no response saying we done this done that etc , Im not trying to be rude or funny to you guys but nearly 3 week now, this is regardless of the other time connection issues which, Me personally would say compensation that was reasonable maybe 10 more lucent keys but hey!!.. but again if this is not sorted decline is immanent. Slow ur role stop overloading the server with constant activities, get control of the server ppl will still do what it is if they like the game fgs, stop being greedy look at the ppl it will benefit everyone>

I was not able to log into your account to test the skylab, I received the same error I mentioned above. I'm still waiting to see how that can be fixed. In the meantime, I made sure your account was on the list of those having the skylab issue so the game team is aware.

I have not received any further official updates on this issue, sorry, I know you are all wondering! As soon as I get any information about this, I'll either post it here or create an announcement post, depending on how the information comes to us.

While not 'official', I have heard that some players were able to send materials from Skylab to their ship via the web browser. Please give that a go if you have not already

Thanks for your patience and I am sorry this one is taking so long for them to get resolved, I wish there was more I could do!

EDIT: Another report says if you 'accept' the cookies instead of declining that it works for them. Something else that may be worth trying if you have not.
