T&C and Privacy Policy Updates

    Hello Space Pilots,

    Tonight at around 2 am UTC (4 am CEST), there will be an update of our T&C and Private Policy with some tiny changes in the text. We are still waiting for an overview from the responsible department about what will be changed and we will share this information with you as soon as possible. For now, we just want to make sure that you know about it and that the T&C needs to be reconfirmed after the change.

    We updated our Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

    Only minor changes have been made to both documents. Please find the details below.

    Terms and Conditions:
    • Adding links of the game rules to the document (1.2.12)
    • Deletion of provisions for minors (former 1.1.3)
    • Rephrasing of the sample cancellation form (3.)
    • Adding examples to the Amendment to charges as well as adding the cost reduction (7.5.2)
    • Updating the Managing Directors for Bigpoint GmbH
    • Linguistic revision

    • Deletion of landline telephone number
    • Deletion of Services no longer in use: credit information, range measurement
