  1. When it is working, the UNITY version seems good enough.
HOWEVER: When there is a new version, it is not always apparent.
Example; I was running version 1.1.31 up until March 25. March 26th, although the game started up and I could log in, when it came time to show the space map; there was the notice that there had been an update.
It was nice to see there was a choice to either 'Download' or 'Cancel'.
I chose to Download. Nothing was happening. No indication anything was being downloaded.
After 5-6 minutes I checked the downloads directory and there was nothing.
I ended up going through the old browser connection and logged in to see the former logged in screen. I then chose to download the UNITY client.
Now, although the download is seemingly working at this time, it is slow.
There seems to be a failure with an older version of UNITY trying to update.
Why should one be forced to have to search around to find a way into the DarkOrbit vault, in order to get an update; also, why would the newer version(s) appear to be several iterations later.

Please make it so when a player logs in, that if an update is pending, it is automatically started and a feedback comment from the Dark Orbit server is given to the player to advise that the update has started.

It seems there is a tendancy to have DarkOrbit players have to do a search to find out why the game did not start and where someone may be hiding the update file(s)
