is this game on its final legs

with this new idea of an event are you serious they cant even keep the chat server going and they want to put all servers players on one for an event lol welcome to crash city folks how about they stop the botting first then work on changing up the events or is the botting problem not your first concern 300 bots per day on every server minimum and you seem to keep allowing it they are getting worse by the day and nothing is done about it servers crash daily chat server cant handle normal chat and you want to add all players to one server good luck

 

games full of botters and cheats, it doesnt deserve to live, why would anybody pay to play a game full of cheats?.

Considering they're only using Facebook to advertise and the player population is dwindling daily, yes, it has been dying for a long time. You see no new players, just older players making new accounts, no ads for this game, unity is still broken after being promised it will be ready for 10+ years, cheats are running rampant because they know that if they ban the accounts they might as well close the game cuz there will be nobody left, the server populations are so low it's a ghost town most of the time and if not you'll find some bots flying around. Some servers don't even push past 400 active players, a far cry from the times we had a few thousand on each.

 

As one of the few still playing the game with a mouse and keyboard as intended I just log in, do the daily quests (which take a lot longer than they should because there's usually a bot shooting everything you need) in the hope that one day they'll grow a pair and ban the cheats. Not holding my breath on that though - the events as you say are clearly designed for the bots.
I remember when chat used to scroll so fast it was hard to keep up. Nowadays it's dead because none of the 'players' on the maps are humans. Such a shame.
