DarkOrbit on Steam and New Server Feedback

So you have to make a new account on all the servers if you launch from steam .. I'm not impressed .

 

I didn't understand either, is that right? Can anyone rejoin or do you have to create a new account?

 

my server is great britain .. so i cant anyway .ive tried

 

you server is now ge5, gb1 and 2 do not exist anymore ever since the server merge, they are all ge5 now. (GE4&5 + GB1&2), so its still your server if you do start a new account, you'll see everyone else that you know there.

 

will we ever get a new server for USA West? never get to participate in events as when they activate its always 3am where I am.

 

I will see everyone i know there yes i agree ..But you are wrong in that my server great britain does not exist .It does .i log into the great britain server .if i log onto the GE5 server it makes a a new account .. so what actually happens for me is that i can have two accounts on GE5 with the same login and passweord details . ..the ship i play with (my main) it is not possible to play with on steam because the great britain server login is not there . i can only use a noob which ive nevr really played with . Example pic is flash and is there also on unity -Steam it is not

LOL so now GE5 will have 5 servers playing there --is crazy


On ban waves for GE5 there is always hardly any accounts caught while 95 % of the server is botting ..I have often thought the reason for that maybe is because they only actually look at GE5 and not the merged servers into it .

 

I am not wrong, you most likely don't remember the older posts that state that accounts that were created on the old server will still show the old server on said account when you go to select your server, but those servers no longer exist as a standalone, and everyone is directed to join on ge5 now on both Unity/Flash and Steam. It's the least concerning thing in this game, and yes, we know you can have two accounts on the same server; they addressed that when they first merged. Nobody can play their ship on Steam; we all have to start over because the dev team is inept.

 

No it is a server within GE5 , i would not have 2 accounts on it with same login and password otherwise . Besides the dev on steam reviews clarrified that when he said they would be paying particular to attention to the steam servers on ban waves .ie in GE5 and the others .

 

bruh , no , it's not , ge5 (contains the old ge4 ge5 gb1 and gb2 )is the new server and new accounts do not see the old int's , only accounts registered pre merger. go read the archives lol and yeah they will on steam, if they actually get to it before they get booted off steam
