To follow up. Its broken. Fiesta on savage stole my keys. Map ended and nothing. Had to pop in radiation which took a lot of tries as the map is bugged. I even 'found a surprise' no idea what that was.

They've put a code for the problems we had at the Fiesta gate and are handing out a compensation voucher:

You interrupted my gate with 23 Galaxy Vouchers and only gave me 5 as compensation? The numbers don't add up.
Math is not an opinion.
I've written to support and hope this ridiculous compensation of 5 Galaxy Vouchers isn't the final compensation.

 

I guess ripping us off is the norm now. Build something up and then find out it doesnt function yet again.

After that, I started the gate fiesta, but about halfway through (last alien appeared January 17, 2026 - 11:22 AM You destroyed a Pyrospire-type alien spaceship) the portal got wet and after 5 minutes it kicked me out without receiving any reward, but unfortunately, it made me lose 23 Galactic Vouchers.
Surely, as usual, this request will go unheard and uncompensated.
I wrote to support about this problem, but the 23 Galactic Vouchers will surely remain a mirage.

 

Everyone surely lost more than 40 tokens and was only gifted 5 as compensation is ridiculous , the math is not mathing !BIG POINT FIX UP

 

bonus vouchers never fair , someone who not not done the gate gets same voucher as someone who may have purchased loads of coupons.

In real world if something is faulty you get a full refund .
This is something that bigpoint ignore the fact that if you buy anything in the shop with real money ,you are in the real world !
they ignore this .

 

Its normal. There is always a diminished rate of returns on anything they give us. If you lose a gate you get 100 gate spins. That in reality will not spin a replacement. Same with keys and other losses. Never the cost to loss.

 

fiesta gate completed and i got 2 pulse, WOT [REMOVED], that means you need to do 1,000 gate to get anything worht while, wot a complete waste of time, you can [REMOVED],,,,,,,,,,, absolutely pathetic...........
