Lasers not firing on 2-2 in GA1

    Lasers aren't firing. They look like they're firing, but the laser count isn't going down, and the
    targeted NPC isn't taking any damage. Single rockets are delayed in firing. It's not just me, even the magic people are having difficulties.
    How do we get someone to fix this issue? It's annoying and usually happens on overly saturated maps.
