    Hi Moderator, CM and Admin. Requesting immediate support because me and my friends are stuck in Hades, unable to start and unable to jump back to X-1, the portal is not working, and we cannot pop ourselves. New members who join the group cannot come into the same Hades gate that the 3 of us are in, so basically, they will jump into a new Hades and find no one there. Like an alternate reality or something.
