    Title.
    Add some achievements so it feels better to grind, gives more dopamine and goals for us completionist players.
    There already is an in game achievement system, you can copy some of it/all of it or just think of new achievements for Steam.
    Example:
    1. Novice Hunter
    Shoot 10.000 rounds of lasers.
