Account Email Blacklisted / Cannot Receive Password Reset Emails

  1. Hello,
    I can regularly log into the game, but I am not receiving any automated emails from DarkOrbit (neither for the password change nor the support ticket confirmations).
    I have tried many times over the past month and I strongly suspect that my email address has been blacklisted by Bigpoint's automated servers. Could a Moderator please check this or forward my User ID to the technical team so they can whitelist it?
