Account Email Blacklisted / Cannot Receive Password Reset Emails

Hello,
I can regularly log into the game, but I am not receiving any automated emails from DarkOrbit (neither for the password change nor the support ticket confirmations).
I have tried many times over the past month and I strongly suspect that my email address has been blacklisted by Bigpoint's automated servers. Could a Moderator please check this or forward my User ID to the technical team so they can whitelist it?

Have you checked your spam and junk email folders to see if the email may have ended up there? If you do not locate the email, please try whitelisting our servers to ensure the email comes through. If you still do not receive the emails then you will need to contact support using the contact form on the game page for further assistance.

Hello, thanks for the reply. Yes, I have already checked my spam/junk folders and nothing is there. I have also whitelisted the Bigpoint domains as suggested.
However, the automated system is still not sending any emails to me, and the contact form on the game page doesn't work either. I've been facing this issue for a month.
Could you please push this ticket and forward my User ID to the administrators for a manual check? Thank you!

 

when i changed my older acc email it was needed like 15 min till i get an email from darkorbit to change it. anyway 100 euro worth it
