Technical issues in DO after our sync yesterday

    Hello Space Pilots,

    Our sync delay was caused by technical issues in the background, and our game team as well as our IT are still working on it and on the detailed investigation of the problems. These technical issues are also the reason why there can be problems for some players with downloading the client update.

    At the moment, we cannot say when exactly everything will be completely fixed. If you are still having problems with the Unity client download or other reports (like server performance issues or other problems with the game), please contact our support team and describe in detail what exactly happens. This is helping us to replicate and to investigate each case.

    Thank you very much for your ongoing patience and we hope that everything will run smoothly very soon.
