Game problems & bugs

Hi,
I really like this game and I appreciate the new updates. However, the constant bugs are making it hard to enjoy.
Most of these problems happen on the Unity client. The Flash client also works poorly for me and causes a "memory leak".
Here is the list of issues I found recently:
Trinity Pass & Rewards

• Trinity License bug: I bought the pass, but I can only enter once. Also, the VIP rewards look like they are still locked.

Disconnections Freezes & Not responding

• Echo Gates: The game often disconnects when I go through these gates. I have to click "Reconnect" a few times to get back in.
• Cargo Boxes: The game freezes for a moment every time I collect cargo.
• P.E.T. Summon: Sometimes the game disconnects when I call my P.E.T.
• Game Crashes: The game client completely crashes after about one hour of playing.
• When swapping a large number of items in the hangar at once, the game also stops responding or do it very slowly

Interface (UI) & Visual Bugs

• HP and Shield bars: My own or the enemy's HP and shield bars sometimes just disappear.
• Target circle: Sometimes there is no circle after i click on an enemy.
• P.E.T. Locator: The Enemy Locator list does not update when its open and new alien spawns on the map.

Combat & Ship Skills

• Solaris Plus: Using the ship's ability (burn) stops my regular laser attack for a moment when burning destoys one of the nearby enemies.
• Citadel: One of the Citadel skills bugs other players and makes them unable to move.

Audio Bugs

• Laser sounds: The sounds of lasers overlap and stack on top of each other, which sounds very glitched.

I want to highlight that I am using a modern, powerful PC and a fast fiber-optic internet connection. I have absolutely no hardware or connection issues with other demanding games.
