Game is unplayable!

is anyone else having problems logging in? For some time now, (about 3weeks or so), logging in has been horrible. I've had to wait as long as a half hour to get on. And many times, when I do get on, the game doesn't work properly. Today, when I finally got on, I went to jump through a gate, and the game froze up on me. Now I can't get back in! This is happening more and more to the point where it is ridiculous! Big Point or DO please help!

 

I have the exact same problem as you—logging in is an absolute nightmare.

 

yup it s their domain and servers. Don't let them tell you otherwise, and a simple traceroute report and all the countless domain tracking websites will tell you the same thing; hell, even their website loads [REMOVED]. Pathetic.

 

And.....(Splash) Flash! At least 10-15 sec delay on auction, and make no mistake... At the mouse click, 20 sec before closing, happen nothing, ( if someone thinks that bid left right away from click even it does not seen everywhere ) It does not, when it finally open up again auction page, auction was closed about 20 sec, and my bid was hanging around there, like i missed auction time by clicking bid too late.... Cant understand why its so hard to make this game playable again? Or maybe i can,,, nobody cares.

 

Don't worry, you're in good company; this problem has been going on for nearly a month. I'm experiencing the same issues as you—as are the vast majority of players. The only ones immune to this "pandemic" of lag and slowdowns are the usual suspects (trainers, auto-players, botters, etc.). Do what I did: write to Support en masse. If they see a flood of complaints, maybe they'll fix the game sooner.
Update 21-09-26: Is it really impossible for anyone in charge to address these reported issues? I thought today's update/restart might change things, but the game is running worse—far, far worse—than before. Yet, you managed to find the time to introduce a new missile launcher—I'm sure *that* will work great—effectively rendering all those upgraded Hellstorms useless. It’s a great system: just as you finish upgrading something, new ships, weapons, and gadgets pop up like mushrooms... meanwhile, the game is falling apart, nothing works (except the "trains"), and nobody tells you if they’re even trying to fix the problem.

 

The game hasn't been working properly for months... if you change maps using warp or portals, the ship disconnects; when you activate the Solaris Plus ability, the glowing circle only appears after 30–45 seconds; if you target an alien and fire, the shots only show up after a 30–45 second delay. Everything runs in slow motion—the Skylab, the hangar, the shop, etc. I didn't write sooner because I noticed you don't seem interested in game issues; I've seen other users post about this without receiving any response from the moderators.

 

Nothing works for honest players anymore... only the automated bots and the omnipresent, never-banned users of "trains" are immune to this slowdown and lag. I can't even click on a small crystal to complete my daily quests... yet ten of them, positioned at the central satellite in map 1-7, all fire at me simultaneously, blowing me up in a nanosecond. Why aren't you doing anything? Why don't you ban them? Why are the same clans allowed to use these programs undisturbed for years without you stopping them? Why do you tolerate it? Ever since these "trains" appeared, the game has deteriorated and is spiraling into a rapid, irreversible decline.
