It's a disaster. I lost 5 lives in the event gate; I recorded videos and sent them to tech support. I tried to escape halfway across the map during a lag spike, but I still took damage. GL PVE server.

 

plz ban bots and train clans and players, plz don't add anymore events till current game bugs are fixed, and plz plz listen to the ppl who are playing the game and telling you about problems.

 

In terms of performance, it's better. But some crashes still persist in unity.
I won't even comment on the zombies and trains because everyone knows it's a huge problem.

 

Why would you put a poll up and set the options as questions? Genuinely? Are you trying to get us to ask you? My gawd, as a moderator, at least proofread your posts. It's just as bad; for the love of all that is good, fix the game.

 

as above i died in the gate , ship wouldnt move the lag was that bad, but instead of fixing it you give us a new laser, yay , and now your update took all my resorces off me , and the game froze again, jump through a portal and the game starts to log you out, come on guys this is sheer incompetance....................

 

Horrible, that simple HORRIBLE, I've posted to support multiple of bugs that never got fixed, game still fully crashes on unity after 1-2 hours of gameplay, the bots are still around the people using auto locks/ whole map radars/ clan station radars/ are all still active and not punished, you rely heavily on script detection instead of administrators in game that would reduce the bots/cheaters in the game, content is being further pushed into paywalls making new players RUN away as soon as they see that, and the lack of concern for the real player base that is hanging on by a thread. a MAJOR thing everyone complains about is the cheaters/bot/train situation and nothing is being pushed forward to fix this. at this point make dark orbit a mobile game with auto do everything because that's what the gameplay feels like turn on auto and turn away to play a different game there's no motivation or emersion to keep players playing. SO please at least put banning players that cheat as a priority

 

I agree with Scythe, really the main issue is the trains, its terrible in GA1 and im sure its just as bad in many other servers. Its to a point where the top clans are literally guarding the eternal black light gate portal with 1-2 trains, not letting anyone in the gate. There is at least 3 trains farming mindfire, at least 1-2 trains farming strokelight, half the time theres a train farming invokes and killing any other player on sight, like the people running this game is literally breaking their own laws by letting all of this happen without a care in the world, And literally no one is doing anything to stop it. Most of the big players use auto lock, which is mainly vertex tool that they are using. Half the lag and crashes is because of trains and vertex users (autolock). Not even to mention that so much new stuff is coming out and any new players are just gonna have a harder time grinding as time goes on. The Return of Hero event is a complete joke, there isnt gonna be any "new players" coming to play darkorbit, its just players that make multiple accounts that work with each other only gonna benefit from it. More and more players are leaving by the week and we all know you see this. And the remaining players that are here are probably those that have known the game since they was a child and just hope that this game gets better, but no, it gets worse by the day, and ive known this game since 2008. Its horrible to see this game fall on its face and get dragged through the mud and none of the developers and none of the people that run this circus care.

Like at the very minimum, just do a mass mega ban on all the trains, that will literally clear out half of the bots, a lot of the lag in the server, then the actual players can actually have some more fun without having to worry about insta dying to 4 trains at once. Thats if you want to save this game.
