    On my backpage its telling me I have a unread message but when I click on the icon the mail page is completely blank:

    It happened when I got sent a message from someone then deleted it, pretty annoying because I still get the big gold writing on the game page telling me I have unread messages and it won't go away.

    Happens often, there is nothing you can do. Try reloging when you can, it may fix it. Otherwise, it will fix "itself" after some time :)

    This is a known issue and as suggested by the user above, the issue normally does correct itself after a period of time. However if of course this error has appeared for a prolonged period of time on your account, then we will certainly try and investigate the issue further for you.
