136 million credits lost in auction and didnt get my item

    I just lost 136 million credits in the auction bidding on a spearhead and i didnt get a message saying that i won or lost it and my credits havent been refunded. Right now i have 0 credits and i have checked the history of the winners and someone else won it, i have checked my hangar and i dont have it in there either. Please give me my credits back! other people have been saying that they have had the same problem, PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!!! I bidded 4 minutes before the auction and i still loose all of my credits!

    This is an issue that you will need to contact support about. I would recommend when contacting them you provide the following information:

    Ship name:
    User ID:
    Server:
    Registered email Address:

    and a copy of your banking transaction logs to show what the issue is.
