15% URI increase event for LoW gate

    LoW gate isn`t used much so...A once a month event where the URI is increased by 15% and only active when there is atleast 2 players in the gate should make it more useful and can help smaller player get more uri in there so its not a total waste of ammo and sep.

    Just do that FREE gate - 15% more. When you run out of sep is when you enter the gate ;) It is prom zone till your sep is shipped.
