3 lives lost in Gamma

lost 3 lives now while trying to do Gamma, all other sites have been running just fine but with Darkorbit I have had nothing but lag and because of this lost 3 valuable lives for the hard earned gate that I worked to get. It's a complete joke and I want my lives restored immediately. I invest a lot into this game and expect my service to run effectively, with no issues like this. Can you reset my lives as I spent 10k last night just for another life, waited until today to retry my wave and yet again having the issues with lag and slowdowns. Sort it out!

 

All they will say to you is contact support. You are entitled to 1 gate reset per 30 days and support will give it if you ask, otherwise if you have used it then you are out of luck.

 

Think I am okay now but I would at least like my 10k uri back for the extra life I spent.

 

what morph said is right, just message support, post your user id, server and what gate you lost and the'll give it back to you with 3 lives

Thank you all for assisting with this thread.

If you didn't had a gate reset in last 1 month then you will get your galaxy gate reseted and also if there was a technical issue and due to which you lost the gate then for that you need to Contact Support for any further assistance within 48hrs of losing the gate.

Also when contacting support please post your user id along with the server you play on.

Note: Support can only reset your gate but cannot refund the uridium for extra life used. Though you can try.
