30% Uri Discount and Dispatch Slots

    Good morning,

    I'm trying to purchase additional dispatch slots, but the rebate and premium discount of 30% is not being applied. This is the 3rd slot purchase normal 50k uri and it should be dropped to 35k uri with the discounts, but it's not. Before dispatch was moved to game window, it showed correctly but now that i'm going to purchase it all i'm seeing is 50k instead of 35k. Does the rebate 25% and the premium 5% (30% total) discounts not apply to Dispatch Slots anymore?
