  1. Hi everyone

I would like to thank support for all their help in a recent issue that I had with logging in to my account.

I know that people always complain about support and would like to just tell everyone how pleasantly surprised I was with the swift actions taken by the team to get me back onto the game.

I thought that the end of my Dark orbit days had come when I got this problem after hearing of horror stories that have happened to fellow players in the past but after a few emails between myself and support we narrowed it down and found the problem.

A special big thank you to REMOVED and REMOVED on the support team you deserve recognition for your help :)

Keep up the good work, A very happy gamer.

    MATRIX

    Hi Matrix,
    I would say
REMOVED and REMOVED should not have been removed from being named in the forums as the post was a positive gesture in appreciation.
I would forward this to either or both
REMOVED and REMOVED so that they at least get the feed back they deserver, and with a bit of luck can get their names reinstated in this thread.:)

Naming Support personnel is simply not permitted in the Forums. I do understand that this was intended in complete goodwill, which is why there were no Warnings given, but the privacy must still be maintained. This thread has already been passed on to those concerned, and they are able to view the pre-edited version for themselves.

»MΔŦЯ!X«ofZERO - We appreciate your feedback, and hope that you continue to enjoy the game!

  7. I wasn't aware that this was a rule. Could you point me in the direction of it, please? :)

It falls under the area of a Support communication. Any communication with Support is private (which is why it is handled via e-mail), and therefore any information from those e-mails should not be discussed or posted in a public forum. It is more a matter of discretion, rather than an official "rule".

However, if you want a specific reference, it would amount to the use of real names which is an area we tend to avoid where possible.

  9. Thank you SERAPH and I apologize for breaking the rules and appreciate your understanding that this was not intended to cause any offence :D
