A couple of problems/concerns...

    First off I just changed my settings to where I receive the newsletter again. Will you all be sending out the newsletter again to all those that didn't receive the first one for whatever reason.

    Secondly, back in August I did have the newsletter enabled and got a code at that time for a Hades gate. I saw no expiration for the code or the email but whenever I went to put in the code it said the code was invalid.

    So in the spirit of Christmas or Winter Holidays (which ever you prefer) can I have my 2 Hades Gates please. ;)
     
  2. It depends tho people who got banned for botting even tho if they habe the news letter enabled they wont get any thing if ur not banned for botting enable it contact support and they will send it to ya
     
  3. Vouchers has some limits, usually 14 days, then they expire. So you can't have old Hades gate from that expired voucher. :)
    And if you didn't receive new 'christmas' code, be patient, the expiration date is 11.1.2014, they should send it to you until that date.:)

    For any questions on this, you will need to contact Support (although as ❦Čοlεκ❧ has mentioned, any voucher codes do have expiration dates - these will be defined in the e-mail when received).
