A HUGE step to making this game less boring.

Okay, you know how this game has boring moments where it takes like 10 minutes to kill a sib? (Talking to the guys here who can't shoot 80k per shot), well I have an idea... Why not just make the enemies shoot 10x has much, but have 10x less HP and shields? You may ask "Won't NPC quests be too easy then if they don't change all of them?", I say, don't change them, we need less boredom here. Stuff takes WAY too long in dark orbit in my opinion. I think we want challenge, not a waste of time.

Or at the very least, make it so the enemies give a LOT more uridium.

Another good reason to do the first idea is so that there's less of a chance you'll be shooting a sib for 5 hours, and at 4 hours and 59 minutes, a group of 15 golis shooting 80k per shot will kill you.

back in 2007-2010 dakrorbit was free and was realy fun to play but now its more like an investing game so if ur poor its not the game for you
give a try to league a leagends its not money based its fun based hope that helps

 

Or we could just make it so it doesn't take 20 years to kill the aliens. xD

my challenge is to be fully elite without paying and I'm full Iris + 1lf3 in 1year and I have my stuff faster every time I buy something.

If u will buy all with money , fun is over
Try to do it just with premium or doubler

I didnt play in 07, but i will say that the players who spend money actually help DO spend money on new ideas.

 

Bla bla bla, the whole fairness before happiness thing. "If you don't like it, go somewhere else", 2 things, 1: This game is still a little nostalgic, can't get that anywhere else, 2: No, I'm not going somewhere else, I just want this game to stink less in certain areas, I don't wanna have to roam around the web going from game to game until I'm 120 years old and finally find a game that doesn't have some huge problem when they could just make this one stink less in certain areas just because it's "Fair" that they don't have to.

Edit: I suppose we shouldn't try to fix the US economy either, by your logic, if you don't like it, go live in a forest and get eaten by a bear.

 

Or don't care about what's wrong with th game and focus more on what you can actually do. It's how I cope with facts. If people cared less about the negative aspects of the game and focus more on the positive aspects (playing with friends, having fun, killing npcs/other players, roaming the maps), there would be less flaming here. Nowadays, some of the people who complain actually spend money on this game and talk about how they didn't get value for their money. (Not that I'm better, since I currently didn't spend a single penny in this game and won't do for quite some time)

 

I'm not saying make ALL the weapons do 10x has much damage, I'm saying just make the aliens shoot that much more. The PVP would stay the same.

 

its not hard i stop paying for uri over a year ago and i got 51 lf4s 94% round about aint lvl 16 full hurcs havocs with 7 havocs spare 45 pp almost all the formation apart from the useless ones almost all ship just not footy ones and friends ones aegis cit spear so it aint hard o and only 5k hours played and not botted be4 you say anything and ranked between 1 and 2 on my server so none of its hard .. just hard work

 

I have to agree with Stringy, I've recently returned after a long break from the game and started a fresh account. The new quest system, n00b protection, x-1 dmz etc etc make being a n00b so much more easier now than it was when I first started on GB1 many years ago.
Over the past 6 weeks I've worked hard and have built up a pretty decent basic account, I'll continue to work hard and make that trek towards being UFE.

The quests as they currently stand are fun and are proportionate to the level they are awarded at. Yes, I'll admit, I've left some of the lower level PvP quests until I get stronger, thats part of the game. Also, the long winded ones with hundreds of npcs... well I start them, do a bit, if I get bored I go off and do something else!! There are 5 quest slots now available, its not like you have to start and finish them in one session.

 

mate u could have done them way faster IF u had

• started lvl up your skylab from day 1 (get credits from it and earn items in auction) and
• started boxing in pvp's and let npc farming

u could be FE in way less than a year

 

There are some great points here....my 2 cents....make the quests pay WAY more URI...we all know that the uri rewards are WACK.....but the ep and honor is better now.

To the OP... I get your point but have to disagree, If all the aliens shot more, and so did we ( to them only), it would be faster paced, but there's some fun in tackling an uber kris with four friends....stuff like that wont happen anymore.....this game will become even more solo-based.

Last thought: There MUST be some adjustment to the regular alien pay-out...we all know it ...DO knows it....time to up the rewards. as someone said , this game went from $60 a month to be compeditive, to a $600 investment + 60 a month, to a $6000 investment + 60 a month.....Time to help a brother out DO.

 

yea back in the day 7.50 got me boosters ammo and gates open now its costign loads i stop paying 4 that simple reason y pay 4 somthing thats free just a lil hard work

 

yeah and I am UFE with 138 hours play time. Not many ppl have as much time as you, so they either have to spend or quit
