I'd like an option in the Quests to decline/reject them and have them turned off/filed away in a different place, that maybe I can return to later.

I don't tend to do many PvP quests, and after a while I get kind of bogged down sifting through the PvP quests to find the quests that I want to do. Some I want to save for later and others I may never do. At a certain point the whole quest screen gets top-loaded with the quests I haven't done, and I have to scroll down and try and remember where I left off somewhere in the middle (the quest titles, while some of them are creative, are not very helpful in telling you what it is).

Another way to do this is to lump the quests into categories that they can be sorted by. A starting suggestion of categories would be PvP, NPC (main maps), NPC (pirates), ore collection, and mixed/misc. Then we could click "sort by type" and at least have them grouped together instead of intermingled.

  2. Yes, we need a filter on the quests page. As far as declining them, press the abort button on the quest tab.

Pushing abort on the quest tab just puts them back into available quests though, doesn't it? It doesn't move them into a "don't bug me with this right now" tab/folder. (Unless I'm misunderstanding what you're saying.)

I suppose another thing that would help a bit is if the category was listed next to the quest description. i.e., "Quest #1601" and right next to it "NPC". That way we could at least tell at a glance what the quest is without have to click on Each. And. Every. Quest, and then view what it is in the little window. I'd still rather a system to sort and filter them better.

  4. Oh. I thought that you were asking for a way to cancel quests in your original post. My bad. Any kind of working filter would be nice :)

  5. +1 from me. Combing through all the available quests it a royal pain. A way to filter is a great idea, especially with all the new quests.
