Ok i recently had my IP address change and when logging into my email i had to confirm my identity now i created my email address in the year of 2009 which was 5 years ago i had some security questions set and now i can`t recall the answers now the problem is i have no access to the email in which my DarK Orbit account is link too and i can`t communicate with support since they reply to your email address need help in changing the email

  2. That is a problem and one that would occur everywhere so i doubt bigpoint support have the magic answer.

    Unfortunately, they werent brave enough to offer a free e-mail with their free game.

    Theres a lot of accounts in dead-lock like that now, people have been using their stuff so long and have so many different emails and passwords that they are losing them, part of the initiative in the cyber-war going on, i guess.

    I have a feeling they wont be very responsive when it comes to issues on you're account, but you can create a new account if you need support for things other than payment problems, and something specific to you're account so I'd suggest being careful with any balance transfers and stuff like that.

    That said, I've talked my bank into giving me access on the phone when i couldnt remember my password so if you contact ur email service, and somehow prove that account is yours, they might help you out in bypassing the service lock so you can reset ur security or something. hope that helps.


    to anyone using free service emails, i would suggest you check that you dont link them to anything valuable.
     
  3. Really am on my own on this 1 damn that really Hard man :( i try alot of different things to get my email back and man my friend had this problem once and they ask him list few of his old passwords and he did and he got a chance to change his Email honestly that what i was expecting

    Tear Of Dead, I started playing in Dec 2007, paid a couple of hundred quid over 2008 getting to old school FE, gave up in 2009. 2010 came and I wanted to play again, but my email was with Virgin Media and I'd moved to Sky. Virgin Media wouldn't give me my old email address or access or emails, even if I went back, and support wouldn't change my account email etc so I started over again.

    Now old school FE plus a bit more from account since June 2010 so been very harsh but yeh, I started again even tho had spent on game and was rank Major :(

  5. WOW really man Support not help you with email man that mean i can`t change my password or nothing damn man :( and that very harsh on you man :/

    You can still contact support. Here is the link "Contact Support". Enter in your information User ID, server, and for email designate the email you wish them to contact you on. Make sure at the beginning of your email you state that you need them to contact you back at a specific email address that you enter in that message to them.

    Closed ~ Referred to support.
