Account problems

    Hi
    I have been playing Darkorbit for a long time, but since last September, i cant log in to my main account. I know my username is not connected to my e-mail because someone probably hacked it. You can even find my conversations between me and the support or even in the forum.I didn't sell my account to someone else, or gave my password to someone else.. I just tried to log in one day and i couldn't.. If you want me to prove it, i can send the previous e-mails that i have sent to the support. I have invested a lot of time into that account and i won't start playing another one from scratch..


    I already have emailed the same text to the support like 2 days ago but they haven't answered me yet so i thought i might find some answers here.

    This type of issues can only be solved or verified in any way just by the support team, there is nothing else we can do here for you. Maybe if you could provinde an User ID someone could check on it. There is also the posibillity of it being banned.

    First use the 'Search' feature of the forums, and then if your questions still hasn't found it's answer, find the right section for it and open a new thread. Also make sure you have read the rules before that.

    Thanks for your help Silviu, and i also provided my User ID but they are still asking for my email..
    How could they expect me to give the registered email on the account ? This is unfair iif they cant help their customers when their account is stolen and they dont have any proof to show it to you except the email ... How could they help them or do they still keep asking for an email ? They can probably track down my IP address and find out how many years i used that account. They can check my payments that i have done in the past and ask me some questions if the account is mine or not right ?

    By the way it is not banned because i can still see my accounts' profile and i could see most of the things increasing like experience..

    Well, when i had some problems with my email, i had to provide a digital copy of my identity card, the payments history and the original username with which the account was registered. There were also some other small things i don't remember,

    SANCTUM18, As this is an account related issue, it can only be handled by Support. Please make sure you have checked your spam/junk folders in your email to make sure the Support responses have not gone there. Make sure when posting to Support, that you put in the User ID of the account in question. If you do not have this information, place the Registered email address along with the Ship name in the ticket.

    Closing as player has contacted Support.
