    Hey guys, I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but I recently started playing again after a couple years of inactivity. Back then, I had a bunch of cool upgrades, had a Vengeance and other stuff. However, after logging in after a couple of years of inactivity, I'm back to level 1 and lost my ship. Is there a way I can get my old stuff back? Thanks guys!

    Contact support.

    Also, make sure you are on the correct server.

    Thanks! But how do I contact server and how do I pick a server? Back then, you could choose a server after logging in but this time, it didn't let me.

    Back page after you log in. Click the little globe button on the top left of the page next to the button that looks like a house under your userid and above the hanger button.

    Click on the little globe icon on your back page. Then check the drop down list which will display servers according to different regions. The server you played on will be in bold letters. Also you can Contact Support for further assistance.
