Account reset to basic

Hi,
I have just come back to the game after a long time, just to check the new update. As I logged into the game I noticed all my upgrades, ships and states have disappeared. Is this a completely new game so all your gear and states are not transferable from the old game? or is this a technical issue?

Your help would be appriciated.

Are you sure you are on the correct server you usually play? If yes, then change your password and then contact support immediately.
Either you could have been hacked, or it could be due to tech problems.

Hey Mr_Rody, they used to ask you which server you want to logon when logging in but auto select one now to speed up logon times. Click the globe button in the top left next to the help (question mark button) and see what other servers are there.

It is most probably you are on a server you haven't played much/at all on before. Ofc if you've got nothing but still a high level and honor, then you've been hacked....
