Account Reset?

Ok so after about 2-3 trys at going into my account I had to RESET my password and then when I get in game.what I found scared me I had a phenix and I had a golith then what happenes is I go to hanger and ALL my LF-3s are GONE I only had about 13 I only needed 2 more to get blue lazers for my golith I have no idea what happen

Just explain what happened and support will find out what happened to the account.

Just out of curiosity, did you go inactive? After you go inactive for a certain period of time the account is just reset but can be recovered with your UID.

 

well I loged off yesterday and loged back on today I even got the 5 day bonus so I don't think that would be the problem

 

As okapi said, this needs to be brought to support, but just to be sure, did you make sure you're on your server? With the new way of server selecting, sometimes I will put you on your recommended server. And maybe you need to switch, if not, again, msg support and hope for the best.
