Additional upside to removed non-legit players.

    We all know there are players who arent legit.Them not being legit is first problem but the main problem is even after they are banned the players they popped still have negative rank from being popped by those who are not legit.

    So after a player is removed from the game due to cheating,Their negative stats should be removed with them.Since thats where the most harm of their whole game play is, as they can create another account and rocket through the ranks again and again.
