    Hello. Can any admin unban my account please? 3 days ago i changed my nickname. I checked in chat and it was all fine- no kick or anything with that kind of words. So i got couple of bans in chat for bad username. I wrote to support and they banned my account. (account was suspended for 2 days. I wrote 2 days ago and they said i need to write next day and they will remove my ban. I wrote yesterday(more than 25 hours ago) and still no reply. I wen't with new account in darkorbit and asked SMOD about this. He said that reply can take up to 24 hours to be receive. So i am worried. can any admin remove my ban please?

    What nickname you have used? No one will be able to tell you anything here, you will only have to wait reply from support..

    Next time, be careful about choosing your nicknames. You certainly don't want to offend someone with it and so on. :)

    Mods won't be able to take out your ban or something. I will tell you again, go straight to support, or wait for their answer. There is nothing much that can be done here, really.

    I had to wait 4 days after my ban before I got unbanned.

    34 hours no reply. omg. They said my ban will be 2 days, one day which was before and in next day i need to write them and they will remove my ban. I wroted yestarday morning (34 hours ago) and this is already 3 and a half days of ban! (just bcz i don't get reply. Bigpoint please get more admins and moderators!!!

    I damn downloaded new game REMOVED, but it is too hard and is a crap, can't understand anything. But maybe i will get used to it lol. Bp seems to forgot about my mail!

    I'm gonna write direct to bigpoint, not the darkorbit and ask what in hell is going on. Ban lifting twice as much as it would? This feels wrong for me. I missed Crazy cube event, my cbs got destroyed ( i wasn't able to guard it or swich it off) and i would get about 200-400k uri these days(including crazy cube) so i would be finished my havoc's. I just feel bad, how much mods work in darkorbit support? One?
