  1. Suggestion is just as the title suggests, advertise the game in the United States. I play another game by BP, and it is very good. But there are hardly any players from the US on the US servers. IMO it's from a lack of advertising, since the game(Drakensang) is excellent and there is no reason why there are few US players other than the fact no one has ever heard of it.
    Same goes for Do.
DO is a much more complex game to learn, but this is what keeps me playing I'm still learning tricks and I've had my account 6 years.
I like the new updates, it is helping noobs to be competitive much faster than in years past.

Just some standard internet spam ads or something along those lines to start. You did this in the past, it's badly needed now.
Just take Mobile Strike as an example, it's a horrible phone game but throw a famous actor in a TV ad and watch the revenue jump.

This game is a great game. Get the word out. Email all inactive accounts and offer free premium like you did in the past. You gotta advertise this game more, people. Start noobs with 1 million x4. Or make all the GG free the first time you do them. I came back a couple times simply because I got free premium, then got hooked again.

The US is obviously a HUGE market for the game.

I found this game purely by accident in late 2009.

The game is excellent, very fun on both modes. No reason it should be so dead on my server.

    Advertise!

    1. Re - Focus on getting old players back with meaningful freebies. This game is notoriously cheap when it comes to this. You give them 1 mil x4 and 40k rsb or a couple free gates(3k EE) to return for a while and they will. You gotta bring back the jackpot tournament, this is huge.

    2. Advertise worldwide on the web and cable TV. Put an ad on the science fiction channel.
Spam ads on youtube, there is a giant community of gamers you can reach.

    3. Fire the PR department, or just hire one. Customer service is another big complaint from American players. We think they hate us, let alone want to help.

    4 See #1

P.S. Also, stop with the gate events. The maps look even more dead when the few players on it are grinding a gate for a month straight. (I only left to box cloaked or crazy cube.)

  2. Whats the title of the movie on that GiF on your signature?

D.O needs more imagination and a good advertising expert in their company, because there are other games out there that has increased millions of players and hooked them up in just a matter of months, while D.O only fish up around a hundred thousand in just a matter of 1 year.

i have posted certain thread that can help newbies out in the upcoming gameplay, teach them all the things they need to learn.

They don't care anymore. They are only trying to squeeze every last drop of money they can out of the game.
They don't want the newbs to learn the game. They only view them as a target to shoot for noob UFE hunters.Have you ever noticed that when you put your mouse cursor on the exclamation mark near the hardware it doesn't say that you can get it from a booty box? That's proof that they want the newbs(who don't know that you can get tons of hardware material) to farm the scrap and plasmide to craft them. When newbs will do that the UFE noob hunters will have something to shoot at.

  4. You can't be too negative with them all the time, dont be so salty about them ignoring the fact that they don't like too much work on the game, lets just say they forgot a lot of things to put in the game for clarification :)

The developers, even though they know the game is falling apart, they still should try to revive it by more advertisement on other countries by using ads in social websites, or other sites, or maybe youtube because youtube is the most popular site for watching videos of people smacking each other, it tends to have the majority of people in it, go and have an ad on every few videos that are mostly watched and some people might get interested and check it out, the servers would fill up, and newbies come and go, if another player gives up playing, someone new that will might continue the task at hand and be replaced by that player who gave out halfway through, atleast the count of players on a server still gets more and better.

The problem with D.O is they just want more income from the players, if players gets unsatisfied, the game will soon be closed for being bankrupt and a lot of people will complain, they put money in it but they didn't get atleast refunds on the current subscriptions they have bought, they gonna get arrested for it AND they cant do that, if they do their lives are ruined and other people who are working with them, BP too, they are doomed.

as †~Death~from~Above~† said, advertisement is another way to revive the game, but it would be better before they put those ads on the internet, they should implement my newbie or beginners map first so that people will come in more and more, D.O shouldn't disregard players like a cannon fodder for income, they think that they are being cheated by non wallet players in the game, thats why they give out cheap events, *sigh

  5. I'm always against advertising. The ideal moment isn't given now. The strangers shouldn't see the shame, the game shouldn't frighten them off for ever.

Perhaps in some decades, if the game is balanced enough, the devs can show their results of hard work.

  6. I totally agree with this idea. I started out in 2008 and I found this game by mistake with a friend. And actually in 2009 they did advertise for a while on the Scifi Channel I think they should do that some more and to get an actual higher volume of teens also try to advertise with Nick, Cartoon Network, and Disney.
